Shipping Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities/Essential Functions Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance.
Responsible for shipping operations for all Cirrus Aftermarket outbound movements Responsible to maintain adequate flow of outbound hazardous and international shipments Investigate and solve issues related to shipping discrepancies Generate and maintain SOPs for packaging & shipping standards Able to communicate effectively with internal and external customers Package and ship hazardous materials in accordance with domestic and international regulations Generate paperwork for shipments going through freight forwarding companies Ability to cross-train in all warehousing activities to help when needed Use ERP system to process orders Maintain work area in a neat, organized, and clean manner at all times Work with inventory team when inaccuracies are discovered Work with Quality Assurance to correct any FAA 8130-3 forms Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily.
