*What You'll Do:* As a Heavy Equipment Sales Representative, you'll be at the forefront of our business, responsible for driving sales and cultivating lasting relationships with clients.
Your main responsibilities will include: * *Prospecting and Lead Generation:* Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels, including networking events, referrals, online platforms, and industry associations.
* *Consultative Selling:* Understand clients' needs and recommend the most suitable solutions from our equipment sales to auction approach.
Provide expert advice and guidance throughout the sales process.

Maintain regular communication to understand evolving needs.
* *Sales:*Consign equipment from clients to the auctions and handle all sales-related questions.
Schedule meetings with clients to look at and inventory equipment if needed.
Train clients with our online consignment tool, which is easy to utilize and can save you time and money, instead of traveling to clients.
* *Negotiation and Closing:* Skillfully negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
Close deals effectively while adhering to company guidelines.
* *Market Insight:* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to maintain a competitive edge and enhance your sales approach.
*Qualifications:* * B2B sales, with experience in heavy equipment sales as a distinct advantage.
