Responsibilities
Manage and develop customer accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships.
Proactively identify gaps in coverage for existing customers and cross sell solutions.
Independently have the ability to understand and navigate customers through complex scenarios and questions with empathy and compassion.
Understand customer needs and identify opportunities to provide personalized solutions.
Ensure customer satisfaction by promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests.
Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and deliver services to clients effectively.
Proactively communicate with clients to keep them informed about products, services, and promotions.
Requirements
Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing customer needs.
