8 month old Pomeranian (Cloquet)

I am looking to rehome an 8 month old Pomeranian.
He is a very small boy, weighing only 5 pounds.
He is neutered, up to date on all of his shots, and has had some crowded teeth removed to prevent future dental diseases.
(Poms are prone to this) He is good with cats and other dogs but does not do well living with another dog.
This is why I am looking to rehome him.
I have his older brother in the home.
He will require grooming due to his hair.
He is a bit timid at first but warms up fast.
He is scared of small/noisy children so a childfree home would be best for him.
He is trained to sleep in his kennel at night, this would come with him.
He is a cute, playful, silly boy who loves his belly scratched.
I am asking a $250 rehoming fee.
