Successful candidates must have strong problem-solving skills, good judgement, dependability, and flexibility.
Resident Assistant Responsibilities:
Housekeeping duties.
Assist residents with personal cares such as dressing, bathing, grooming and other cares as assigned.
Pass medications and supervise self-administration.
Assist with meals as directed.
Observe residents and report any changes in physical and emotional condition.
Assist residents with laundry.
Shifts:
Overnights, 10p – 6a, part-time, including every other weekend.
This is an awake position.
2p - 10p, full-time and part-time, including every other weekend.
$19.
00 - $21.
00 + based on experience
+$0.
50 for CNA certification and +$1.
00 for both CNA and TMA certifications!
Shift differentials for overnights and weekends!

Qualifications:
While previous experience is welcome, it isn't required as we provide all of the training you will need to be successful in this position!
Because our care staff play an important role in providing day-to-day care and assistance to our residents, it is critical that our employees work as scheduled, and provide appropriate notice and shift replacement when they can't.
In order to be able to clearly communicate with and provide appropriate care to our residents, as well as to complete all job tasks safely and as required, you must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
All employees must pass a criminal background study as determined solely by the State of Minnesota.
We cannot employ anyone who does not successfully pass the background study.
