Description:
Responsible for managing, directing and supervising subordinate personnel of the Drop/Soft Count Team in accordance with the company policies and procedures, and in compliance with all applicable Internal Control Regulations.
Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Education:
High school diploma or general education degree; or one to two year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Qualifications:
Must be able to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, write reports, present information and respond to questions.
Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide using whole numbers and decimals.
Must be able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Customer service skills are a must.
Grand Portage requires a background check and pre-employment drug and alcohol testing for all positions.
