We are currently in search of crew leads and members to join our growing team.

Qualifications:
- Attention to detail
- Prior Industry experience
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Industry knowledge relative to installation methods of pavers, plantings, walls, etc.
- Valid Minnesota or Wisconsin Drivers License and acceptable driving record
- Ability to operate truck and trailer combination
- DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain one
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to operate heavy machinery
- Foreman:
- 2+ years of proven landscape & machinery operation experience
- Prior leadership experience
- Ability to read landscape plans
Responsibilities include:
- Ensure the successful installation of Garden Beds, Plantings, Sod, Seed, Artificial Turf, Fence, Drainage, Pavers, Retaining Walls, Boulder Walls, Landscape Steps, Grading, etc.
- Understanding & picking up tasks.
- Receiving direction & identifying needs on a jobsite.
- Performing all responsibilities to company standards.
- Interact with supervisors, project foreman, and clients to ensure clear communication throughout all projects.
- Foreman:
- Lead, supervise, manage, & participate in landscape projects from start to finish.
- Manage a team of 1-3 members, jobsite progress, and material.
- Ensure reasonable production schedules.
