SUMMARY
Work together with the Slot Service Manager, and with all members of the Slot Management Team to ensure consistency in procedures and high-performance levels throughout the entire department.
Support the Service Manager in developing a cohesive team of dedicated Supervisors and Associates, ensuring an atmosphere of teamwork and camaraderie.
Perform daily functions always with Guest Satisfaction as the number one priority.
Responsible for daily activities in the absence of the Slot Service Manager.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Work under the guidance of the Slot Service Manager to develop a Team of dedicated Associates whose focus is Guest Satisfaction
Assist in carrying out Company and Department initiatives and priorities
Work as a team to improve and streamline departmental operations
Ensure that all Associates are performing to acceptable standards, and consistently work to raise individual levels of effectiveness.
Mentor all departmental Band Members with the effort of achieving their continued growth and/or advancement.
Work with Slot Service Manager to promote an environment of teamwork with all casino Associates.
Support the development and success of a strong communication network.
Assist Slot Service Manager to ensure the integrity of the Slot Operation and the accountability of company assets.
Ensure appropriate staffing levels according to business volumes
Understand and ensure staff compliance with all gaming regulations (federal, state and band statutes) and with Grand Casino internal controls, policies and procedures.
Responsible for maintaining a consistent, regular attendance record
Must adhere to policies or performance of duties to ensure ongoing Title 31/BSA compliance.
Responsible for following all relevant DGR’s.
Carry out managerial responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.
Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training Associates

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma
Two years Slot Supervisory experience required.
Computer-literate with specific proficiency in Microsoft applications required.
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be able to secure license from Gaming Regulatory Authority.
Must possess excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Bilingual and able to speak Spanish proficiently a plus.
Mille Lacs Band Member and American Indian preference will be exercised in the hiring process.
