Bookkeeper / HR Manager/Coordinator/ Occasional Payroll Support – Boomtown Restaurants Remoted Hybrid position - Applicant must live in Duluth/Hibbing/Eveleth/Gilbert area and be available to report to work at any of those locations from time to time.
Do you love bookkeeping and people? If you are experienced, educated, organized, dependable AND meticulous, we are interested in meeting you! This is a potentially full-time position for the right person with proven bookkeeping skills and experience as well as HR Management/Coordination and the ability to serve in a payroll support role occasionally.
*Minimum Qualifications:* · 3 years experience in full cycle bookkeeping; a combination of education, experience, and transferable skills will be considered but is not guaranteed as meeting this qualification.
A skills/knowledge test will be a part of the interview process.
This is a challenging, fast-paced bookkeeping position, not data entry.
· 1 year experience in Human Resources.
Demonstrated capability to learn and completion of basic knowledge test will be considered as waiver to this requirement.
· Highly skilled, experienced and competent in QBO – knowledge test included in interview.
· Able to learn and effectively use technology including all necessary office equipment, software, apps, etc.
· Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills · Meticulous in documenting and record-keeping · Proven experience in successfully working remotely and fully agreeable to the hybrid nature of the position involving occasional onsite work at all locations.
· 100% accountable for all aspects of the position responsibilities · Committed to confidentiality and respect of all individuals · Professional references and background check including a credit check will be a pre-employment requirement of the selected applicant.
