Pomp’s is actively searching for an Operations Manager to direct our team.
This individual will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our commercial tire operations.

Job Responsibilities: • Oversee the day-to-day operations of Store location • Maximize shop quality and productivity to meet monthly/annual goals • Analyze tire problems and advise solutions • Answer incoming calls and manage customer inquiries • Assign tasks to service employees • Assist with store inventory management • Ensure service employees are properly trained • Managing location staff, including hiring and discipline • Maintain a clean workspace • Additional tasks as assigned Job Requirements: • Management and sales experience preferred • Previous commercial tire experience strongly preferred • Automotive/mechanical skills • Excellent Interpersonal Skills • Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain driving record to Pomp's Tire Service standards • Ability to effectively communicate with customers and co-workers • Ability to read and verify work order information That’s the promise which Pomp’s Tire Service has made to its employees.
