Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD) Opportunities

Overview Diamond Willow is an Assisted Living and Memory Care facility that started in 2004.
We have 5 locations in the Eastern Region of Minnesota.
Our facilities consists of a home-like atmosphere and are home to 26-30 residents.
We provide the utmost quality of care with an emphasis on person-centered care planning.
We believe our healthcare workers are the foundation to our success.
We are looking for MN Licensed LALD (Licensed Assistant Living Directors) to provide additional licensure support for any or multiple of our eastern regional facilities.
This has potential to be either be a full-time or part-time position.
Pay is negotiable.
