I'm 69 year-old male personal trainer that is certified to provide assisted stretching and bodywork.
I will be in the area for the weekend for an event.
It correlates with Grandma's, so I thought I could help a few people out with my skillset and maybe offset the high cost of lodging.
I charge $40 and will spend 45 minutes to an hour with you.
I work out knots and tight muscles, help with stretching tight muscles like quads and hamstrings.
I know some prefer light touch.
I'm very personable and many feel comfortable using their time as a therapy session.
Our time is private and confidential/ I will be staying at a nice hotel by Spirit Mountain.
