Dogs over 2 years of age welcome with additional $75 monthly fee per pet.
Additional 200 pet deposit for each dog plus renter's insurance that covers the dog.
Updated pet medical records and licensed by the city of Spooner, required.
No Cats or exotic pets.
Bi weekly and weekly rates also available after 1 month rental agreement.
