· Pay: $15 - 18 per hour, depending on qualifications.
$16 - 19 for Fluent English and Spanish speakers (Bilingual)
Financial Recovery Services (FRS) is a leading provider of debt collection services for Fortune 500 Consumer Creditors, Finance Companies & Debt Buyers.
We offer a competitive base pay plus commissions and bonuses, with two weeks paid training.
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll manage your own accounts and assist customer's as you guide them through our payment process.

This is NOT a work from home job.
Work at your own desk and create your own schedule Monday-Friday between 8am and 6pm.
No night or weekends required.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience for a qualified Collections Rep:
· Prefer previous call center experience and/or retail, customer service
- Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
· Strong computer skills – proficient in Windows
· Excellent verbal communication skills- must have professional phone voice, clear pronunciation/Clear phone voice.
· Good attendance and work ethic
· Ability to type with accuracy and successfully document all accounts.
· Must be customer service focused and be motivated to succeed.
· Must be able to pass a drug test and criminal background check.
