As a key player in our field, we are seeking an experienced and strategic Controller to join our finance leadership team.

*RESPONSIBILITIES:*
*Financial Leadership:*
* Provide strategic financial leadership and guidance to the executive team.
* Collaborate with other department heads to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
*Financial Planning and Analysis:*
* Oversee the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
* Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
*Financial Reporting:*
* Prepare and present timely and accurate financial reports to senior management and external stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements.
*Risk Management:*
* Implement and monitor effective internal controls to mitigate financial risks.
* Provide recommendations for risk management strategies.
*Team Leadership:*
* Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
* Oversee professional development plans for team members.
*Audit and Compliance:*
* Coordinate and manage annual audits, liaising with external auditors to ensure a smooth process.
* Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations.
*Systems and Process Optimization:*
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies in financial operations.
* Evaluate and implement advanced financial systems and tools.
*QUALIFICATIONS:*
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
* 4-6 years of progressive experience in financial leadership roles, with a focus on controllership.
* Proven experience in strategic financial planning and analysis.
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and financial reporting standards.
* Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
