*Accounts Receivables Duties:*
Apply payments to customer accounts in our system, and make sure they are reconciled.
Problem solve and research discrepancies.
Review Aging report.
Resolve issues for any unpaid invoices.
*Human Resources Duties:*
Assist with General HR duties, answer employee questions, do research, when necessary, help maintain employee files, update mandatory posters as necessary.
Assist with payroll including preparing timecards and paychecks as necessary.
*Proficient Skills*:
Using Excel; word; email, computer applications and software to complete tasks efficiently
*Other Skills:*
Multitasking, while being organized and managing time efficiently.
Communication, oral and written communication skills are equally important in this position, which requires professional communication with customers, vendors and fellow employees.
